We are a small hobby kennel focusing on breeding Labrador Retrievers that are healthy, well-tempered and conform to the breed standard. Although our focus is on breeding Labradors that can compete in the show ring, we strive to breed only those Labradors demonstrating intelligence and the will to please. It is our first priority that our puppies grow into healthy family pets that can be a source of joy to the people who provide for them. At the same time we hope to see the traits that have made the Labrador a great hunting companion passed on from generation to generation.
I am a member of VDH (Verband für das Deutsche Hundewesen) and LCD (Labrador Club Deutschland) and our kennel Salt Creek is FCI recognized.
Concerning me, I grew up in Benton Arkansas and love hunting and fishing and enjoying God’s great outdoors. My Dad was a breeder of Treeing Walker coon hounds and I grew up enjoying puppies. I spent four years in the USMC and then went to Moody Bible Institute in Chicago where I met my wife Linda. Linda is German and after living in the States for a number of years we moved to Germany in 1997.
I am a pastor in an Evangelical Free Church near Braunschweig. Preaching and teaching God’s Word the Bible is my calling and my joy.
For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul? (Matthew 16:26) Jesus Christ
